High temperature refractory cement manufacturing according to the composition of different materials can be divided into: clay refractory clay, high aluminum refractory clay, silica refractory clay, magnesium refractory clay. Refractory clay can be divided into the following three types according to the different mixture:
1. It is a mixture of refractory fine aggregate and ceramic binder (plastic clay). The delivery state is dry and needs to be used after adding water. It is hardened by ceramic bonding at high temperature.
2. It is a mixture of a refractory aggregate and a hydraulic binder (cement) that ACTS as the main bonding agent. The delivery state is only dry, use after adding water, no need to heat when hardening.
3. Chemically bonded refractory clay is a mixture of refractory fine aggregate and chemical binder (inorganic, organic, organic). The delivery state can be either slurry or dry, hardened below the ceramic bonding temperature. According to the hardening temperature, the refractory clay can be divided into two types: gas hardness and thermal hardness. Gas-rigid fire-resistant mud is usually prepared with gas-rigid binder such as water glass. Thermosetting refractories are prepared by phosphoric acid or phosphate. After hardening, this kind of hot and hard refractory has not only higher strength at various temperatures, but also shrinkage, tight joints, strong corrosion resistance and other characteristics.
High temperature refractory cement manufacturing can be divided into finished products and semi-finished products. The so-called finished refractory cement is in the production of raw materials, clinker in proportion to the good, when the site use only according to the standard water mixing can; Semi-finished or non-finished refractory cement is raw material and clinker is not mixed together, the site use, according to the composition of the different mud mix, and according to the provisions of water to stir evenly.
